Inclement Weather & Lightning Policy
Fortunately don't experience weather too often with heavy rains and lots of lightning strikes, however we are prepared in event there are lightning strikes seen during games. Games will be played if it is raining as long as the playing surface remains safe for the players. In the event lightning strikes are observed we will clear the fields by blowing air horns numerous times with field marshals and referees asking folks to go their vehicles and to wait for the lightning to pass. We need to have 15 minutes with no strikes before play can resume and we will blow the horns to resume play. To stay on schedule some games may be postponed or shortened in length.
